Kinder Life Integrated Interventions Introductory Class (KLIIIC)

Join us for our free introductory class, where you will learn three simple body-based techniques that will immediately reduce your experience of stress.  Two are ancient yogic breathing practices, and the third is our own trademarked Simple Breath Meditation ®, a meditation practice so easy and effective that it reliably quiets even the most active mind.  Classes are 2-3 hours in length depending on the number of participants and are held in a variety of locations.  If our currently scheduled offerings do not meet your needs, or if you would like a KLIIIC held for a specific group of six or more individuals, contact us through the KLIIIC button on our home page.
